Privacy Policy

OVERVIEW

2xSwap Labs, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AlphaDEX protocol interface at alphadex.cc, app.alphadex.cc, and docs.alphadex.cc. This Privacy Policy describes what information we process, how, and your choices regarding your data.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AlphaDEX is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact didar@2xswap.com and we will delete it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Wallet Addresses — Your public Solana wallet address is recorded on-chain when you interact with the protocol. The interface uses it to display your positions, balances, and transaction history. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous and publicly visible on Solana.

Transaction Data — Records of your on-chain interactions with the AlphaDEX smart contracts (trades opened, closed, LP deposits, LP withdrawals) are indexed off-chain to calculate points, display portfolio statistics, and operate the leaderboard.

Local Storage — Browser localStorage holds your interface preferences (e.g. disclaimer acceptance, UI settings). This data stays on your device.

Usage Analytics — We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, feature usage) through our hosting provider to improve the interface. Aggregated statistics are not linked to your wallet.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect personal identifying information such as legal name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) or identity verification. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

We do not log IP addresses ourselves for tracking or profiling. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and the Solana RPC providers we use may log IP addresses and request metadata for operational, billing, and abuse-prevention purposes; see their privacy policies for specifics.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Using AlphaDEX causes data to be processed by third parties independently of us:

Solana RPC Providers (Helius, public RPC nodes) — process your transaction submissions and queries. See their privacy policies. Pyth Network — provides price oracle data and does not receive your personal information. Jupiter DEX Aggregator — executes token swaps; processes your swap requests and wallet address to route trades. Vercel — hosts our web interface; collects standard server logs including IP address and request metadata.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

DATA RETENTION

On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone. Off-chain records (points, leaderboard rankings) are retained for the duration of the platform's operation. localStorage may be cleared by you at any time through your browser settings.

DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect data in our systems. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law — for example the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — to access, correct, or request erasure of personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we collect minimal off-chain data, the practical scope of these rights is limited: we can, for example, delete your off-chain points record upon request, but we cannot delete or modify on-chain transaction history (no party can).

INTERNATIONAL USERS

We operate from the United States. Using AlphaDEX results in data being processed in the United States and in the jurisdictions where our third-party providers operate.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
